"Cornwall chargepoint are an excellent company to deal with as I knew nothing about home chargers for electric vehicles & they took me through from the first contact with Rob & the girls in the office, all so helpful & there to answer my questions.

Mike Lewis then came to my home to ensure the property & electrics were suitable to install my charger. Mike talked me through the work they would carry out on the day of installation & explained any paperwork I would need regarding my property.

On the morning of the charger installation Mike & another chap turned up in good time & gave me step to step updates with their work.

Not only were they very professional but also very courteous & even cleaned up outside & inside once their work was complete.

They very kindly showed me how to work the charger also plus connecting a hub indoors ( a tiny box for my Zappi charger) & helped me connect my mobile to the charger with a very useful app to see the status of my charger whilst charging etc..

Something else I would like to mention too is that Rob Kellow went above & beyond to source a tethered Zappi in a matter of days as I was collecting my electric car in the same week. This was appreciated so much.

I would recommend Cornwall Chargepoint to any potential new customers & after service for present customers.
